Happiness

What is happiness?? to me is my family, my friends, starbucks coffee, shopping, vacations, sleeping, my cat Archie....oh my so many things can make me so happy........BUT i've been under so much stress lately that i think i've forgotten about being happy.....i need to change things around i need to be happy again. I do gotta say one thing that lately has made me HAPPY reading all the bloggs that i follow trully make me smile all the time i actually look forward to reading each one, every one seems to have so many fun things to share and so many cute pictures of things, family and such i hope to post pictures soon of my sweet little family so everyone can see my girls, my hubby and my beloved cat (Archie) they absolutely complete me.

My weekend

Ok so my weekend started out WONDERFUL my hubby was on vacation so i took Friday off so we can hang out (i love that we still do stuff like that after 13 years) so he made delicious breakfast mmmm so yummie and we watched movies....and just chilled we had dinner at my mother in laws and Chris stayed over she loves staying at her grammies :) Saturday we got up and had coffee, read the paper and cleaned house i love how when we clean it's team work i usually will clean the kitchen and down stairs bathroom, kids room he will vacuum, clean our bedroom and bathroom, and we just get it done it was good to clean and have it all done after we where done, we showered and got ready to have lunch we went to this Cuban restaurant and it was absolutely delicious OMG soooo yummy i can't wait to go back, after that i was so full :) that i was ready to go home but we ended it up going to the mall and i actually bought me a couple of things i was soooo excited (the way things have been i haven't bought me something in a looooong time) so it was such a nice weekend to just hang out with him and not worry if just for a day.......Well Sunday we woke up and it felt so nice to actually have no cleaning to do because it was already done so we got ready and went to Chris's softball game and OMG it was such a good game Chris played so GREAT i was jumping up and down for her....that girl can be soooo good if she wanted to we had 2 games we lost the 1st one but we won the 2nd one it was just over all such a nice a restfull happy weekend w/ my hubby and my kids (well minus 1 Kat cause she was at her dads) but it was nice to have her back last night i always miss her when she goes.

it's been days.....

Ok so it's been days since i blogged last i guess it's just the same thing everyday pretty annoying hu?? let's see well Chris is back playing softball so that's pretty exciting love to see her play she is so great (but she can be so much better if she wanted to) Jim has been home all week he is on Vacay and I LOVE IT...it's so great when he's home i am actually taking time off tomorrow so we can hang out all weekend :) i will be baptising my niece next weekend and i just order her beautiful dress it's soooo pretty (just look at the picture) ooooh i started TWITTERING and it's another thing i LOVE love love......i will continue blogging i promise not to take so long this time.. oh did i mention i'm off tomorrow can't wait to get out of here. Well i don't know why sometimes people say the meanest things to others i have a friend that is going through drama w/ someone in her fam. , and they just said the meanest things to one another now don't get me wrong i am not perfect but i will always try to think b4 i say something horrible.....anyway work was super slow it irritates me to sit and do nothing i guess i should be thankful hu?? my fam is sick so it's gonna be a very boring weekend oh well i think sitting in front of the TV actually sounds F U N!! :) :)

Just B-Cause.......

Well this is the 3rd blogg this week and i LOVE IT!! :) anyway well my day yesterday was OK i guess w/the exception of the inauguration and finally being able to catch up w/ AI, my mom in law spent the night which is always great because she is such a big help she made dinner for us and it was delicious so when i walked in dinner was done and i thought ahhhhh ok this is good i can just relax and do nothing for the rest of the night ....but i start feeling bad so i helped serve and cleaned the kitchen so she wouldn't have to and i still had time to watch my shows...anyway i am starting to get a little busy right now so i will sign in later on today if i get a chance to otherwise tomorrow it is :)

Welcome!

OMG!! Welcome Mr. President (1/20/2009)!! what an exciting time this is not only for myself but for my kids.....I am so hopeful for this year! i really believe that 2009 it's gonna be outstanding :) 2008 was such a terrible year I am so happy it's over and so happy we are starting fresh. In other news yesterday was a such a good day i like days like that nothing out of the ordinary wake up, kids have no school so that means i can actually sleep in a little longer my husband didn't have to work either so it's just extra nice to have him home :)......my drive to work was wonderful....work was pretty peaceful, my drive home was great got home found the front porch extremely clean i mean it was hosed down and everything walked in to my youngest child reading, and the other finishing her school project (which by the way it looked wonderful!!) so right away i have a smile on my face :) i sit and chat with them for a bit...i go upstairs to find that my husband has finished washing all the towels for me and now for his pretty much last project/chore of the night he is fixing the caulk strip around our tub i am AMAZED now don't get me wrong he does allot around the house and most of the time without having to be nagged about it he cleans, washes, and if i am running late will make dinner he is a pretty wonderful guy but i just knew that my night was gonna end wonderfully so i change and head to the kitchen to make us dinner and to my amazement the bag of Teriyaki chicken we bought it just needs to be warmed up in the microwave so i am just ecstatic because i don't even have to use a pan LOL!!! so i make us white rice heat up some broccoli 20 minutes later dinner is done the kitchen is not that big of a mess i serve we eat it's absolutely delicious :) :) everyone loves it....we finish i clean the kitchen in like 15 minutes...and it's still early i have time to sit and relax and enjoy my family :) let me tell you i love nights like that.....let's hope tonight is the same or at least close to it we will see. My 1st Blog!!

Ok so I am totally new at blogging ;) i mean what are you really supposed to write about?? my life hu?? is my life interesting at all??? i am totally confused if that's it well here it goes .....well 1st let me start by telling you that the only reason i even started thinking about "blogging" is because i visited someone's blog where she had in detail stories about her kids, her husband (how they work everyday things out) and stories about her family and all these beautiful pictures of friends, family and i though well i have the same things i have a beautiful family great friends and a wonderful relationship with my husband (most of the time anyway) so i though let me give this blog thing a try.......so here it goes let's see how i do LOL i am 35 years old i am a mom of 2 beautiful girls 1 is 14 going on 21 and the other is 10 going on 71 LOL and that is the truth. I have been married for 11 years but we (James that's my hubby) have been together for almost 14 years my life is extremely busy i work full time... my younger daughter plays softball so most of our weekends we are doing the softball thing (we are actually on a break right now spring season doesn't start 'till the end of Feb) I've lived in California well i would say most of my life and i love everything about it. You know it's funny cause i had all these ideas on what to write and the moment i start typing my mind goes blank... why is that?? anyway i guess let's leave it at that i will try to think of more stuff and post tomorrow maybe once i get some pictures up it will start giving more inspiration hahahahahaha could that be the key???
